Analysis Tools

1. Use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies," which are text files placed on your computer, to analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymization is enabled on this website, your IP address will be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or other countries party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transmitted. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. On behalf of the website operator, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity, and provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to the website operator.

Your IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

You can refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings in your browser. However, please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. Additionally, you can prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.

This website uses Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizeIp()". As a result, IP addresses are processed in a shortened form, preventing any direct personal references. If the data collected about you is associated with an individual, it will be immediately deleted.

We use Google Analytics to analyze and regularly improve the use of our website. The statistics obtained help us enhance our offering and make it more interesting for you as a user.

and Privacy Policy: http://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy.

For cases involving the transfer of personal data to the USA, Google complies with data protection requirements for third-country data transfers according to Articles 44 and following of the GDPR. To this end, Google has implemented the appropriate EU standard contractual clauses. You can view these clauses here: https://policies.google.com/privacy/frameworks?hl=de

2. Google Tag Manager

The operator of this website utilizes Google Tag Manager, provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street Dublin 4, Ireland). Tags, which are JavaScript snippets, are used to send information to third parties, including Google. Google Tag Manager is a tool that enables website operators to manage marketing tags through its interface. While Google Tag Manager manages tags from Google (such as the Google Analytics tag), it also supports third-party tags. The Google Tag Manager software solution itself operates on a cookieless domain. It handles the activation of other tags that may collect data. However, Google Tag Manager does not access or use the collected data. Instead, it passes the data through the tag to the respective tag provider used (e.g., Google, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube, Sgalinski, PHP). For information on objecting to the processing of your personal data by specific tags, please refer to the relevant tag section in this Privacy Policy.

3. Facebook Pixel

This website utilizes the Facebook Pixel, a visitor action pixel, for conversion measurement. The service is provided by Facebook Ireland Limited (4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland). It's important to note that Facebook states that the collected data is also transferred to the United States and other third countries.

The Facebook Pixel enables tracking of user behavior after they have been redirected to the provider's website by clicking on a Facebook ad. This allows for evaluating the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes, as well as optimizing future advertising campaigns.

As the operator of this website, we receive the collected data in an anonymous form, and we cannot draw any conclusions about the identity of the users. However, Facebook stores and processes the data, enabling the connection to the respective user profile and utilizing the data for its own advertising purposes in accordance with Facebook's data usage policy. Consequently, Facebook can display advertisements on its platform and outside of it based on this data. As the site operator, we have no control over how Facebook uses the data.

The use of Facebook Pixel is based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, as the website operator has a legitimate interest in implementing effective advertising measures, including social media. If consent is explicitly requested (e.g., for storing cookies), the processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, and consent can be revoked at any time.

Data transfers to the United States are governed by the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission. Further details can be found at the following links:

When using ActiveCampaign, email transmission data and personal data contained therein may be processed. ActiveCampaign operates its infrastructure and data centers in various locations globally, including the United States. It is important to note that the processing of personal data by ActiveCampaign may be subject to the laws of the United States, which may differ from the level of data protection provided in Europe. However, to ensure the protection of your personal data, we have taken appropriate safeguards by entering into contractual arrangements with ActiveCampaign that include standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission.

The email addresses of our newsletter recipients, along with their other data described in this notice, are stored and processed on ActiveCampaign's servers. ActiveCampaign uses this information to send and evaluate the newsletter and other emails on our behalf. They may also use the data for their own purposes, such as improving their services and optimizing email delivery. 2. Security:

  • We prioritize the protection of your data and employ stringent measures.
  • Our employees are legally obligated to safeguard user data, and access is limited to those with absolute necessity.
