USER REGISTRATION

At Neovarsity UG (haftungsbeschränkt), we specialize in offering education for deep tech and complex industries. Our objective is to close the disparity between conventional education and the requirements of complex industries by transforming the way we learn and apply deep tech skills. In line with this mission, registration on our platform is available to individuals who are 13 years of age or older. However, if you are below the age of 18, it is necessary for your parent or guardian to read and consent to these Terms of Use before you can use the Site.

USER ID AND PASSWORD

During your registration process on the Site, it may be necessary to create a User ID and password. By entering into this agreement, you acknowledge and agree to maintain the confidentiality of your User ID and password. You understand that your User ID and password are strictly for your personal use, and you will be solely responsible for any activities conducted under your account.

You agree not to share this information with anyone else and are expressly prohibited from allowing anyone else to use your account. Any violation of this condition will result in immediate termination of your account. Additionally, any privileges associated with your account, such as enrollment in paid programs and subscriptions, will be revoked without a refund. Your Contributions do not solicit personal information from individuals under the age of 18 or exploit minors in a sexual or violent manner.
Your Contributions do not violate any federal or state laws related to child pornography or the well-being of minors.
Your Contributions do not include offensive comments related to race, national origin, gender, sexual preference, or physical handicap.
Your Contributions do not otherwise violate these Terms of Use, any applicable laws or regulations, or contain links to materials that violate them.

Engaging in any use of the Site that contravenes the above guidelines constitutes a violation of these Terms of Use and may result in the termination or suspension of your rights to use the Site.

CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

By posting your Contributions to any part of the Site, you grant us an unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, fully paid, worldwide right and license. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to grant us this license. You are solely responsible for your Contributions to the Site, and you agree to hold us harmless and refrain from taking any legal action against us regarding your Contributions.

In our sole and absolute discretion, we have the right to edit, redact, or make changes to any Contributions. We may also re-categorize Contributions to place them in more appropriate sections of the Site, as well as pre-screen or delete any Contributions at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. However, we are under no obligation to monitor your Contributions.
