Our commitment to providing you with the best deep tech education is unwavering. However, should you need to cancel your enrollment and request a refund, we have a clear refund policy in place. This policy is governed by our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and it applies to all training courses, event registrations, and downloaded resources.

For any billing-related issues, we kindly request that you raise a support ticket through your personal dashboard on the Neovarsity platform. It's important to note that we continuously enhance our syllabi and study materials to align with the evolving demands of the industry. As a result, we reserve the right to add, remove, or modify course content and study materials at any time. If such changes occur within your enrollment period, you will be notified and granted access to the updated materials. However, please note that no refund claims can be made in such circumstances. Our other refund policies remain intact.

Our refund policy is as follows:

1. Self-paced Training Courses and Projects:

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for self-paced training courses and projects. To request a refund, please submit your refund request within 7 days of purchasing the course or project. You can do this by raising a support ticket through your personal dashboard on the Neovarsity platform or by contacting us via email at [email protected].

Please note that the money-back guarantee is voided if:

  • You have accessed 25% or more of the online program content (e.g., videos, quizzes, reading material) available after purchase.
  • You have accessed or downloaded any supplementary course or project materials, including but not limited to installation instructions, e-books, cheatsheets, coding scripts, and datasets.
  • You have accessed the elective courses or course materials associated with the elective course or project you purchased.

Please be aware that no refund requests will be entertained after 7 days of your purchase.

2. Instructor-based Training Programs and Projects:

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for instructor-based training programs (e.g., courses, specializations, and advanced tracks) and projects if the program has not yet started. To request a refund, please submit your refund request within 7 days of purchasing the course or project. You can do this by raising a support ticket through your personal dashboard on the Neovarsity platform.

Please note that the money-back guarantee is voided if:

  • You have received/accessed the e-recording of the first instructor-based lecture, which becomes available after the first live online lecture.
  • You have accessed or downloaded any supplementary course or project materials, including but not limited to installation instructions, e-books, cheatsheets, coding scripts, and datasets.
  • You have accessed the elective courses or course materials associated with the elective course or project you purchased.

Please be aware that no refund requests will be entertained after 7 days of your purchase. However, you have the option to reschedule for a future course run or transfer your course slot to someone else. Please refer to our rescheduling policy for further details.

3. Paid Events:

We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee for paid event registrations. To request a refund, please raise a support ticket through your personal dashboard on the Neovarsity platform within 3 days of your purchase. After 3 days, no refund requests will be entertained.

4. E-books and Other Materials:

Refunds are not provided for paid downloaded resources (e.g., e-books, research reports) once you have received the download instructions and/or downloaded the resource.

Please note that all refunds will be processed within 10 working days after the refund request is approved by Neovarsity.

If you accidentally made a duplicate payment, whether due to your own mistake or a technical problem, please notify us as soon as possible. You can do this by raising a support ticket through your personal dashboard on the Neovarsity platform or by informing us via email at [email protected]. We will refund your duplicate payment within 10 days of receiving your message, using the same method as the original payment.

Finally, please be aware that Neovarsity reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions of the refund policy without prior notice.
