When it comes to rescheduling-related matters, we encourage you to address any issues by raising a support ticket through your personal dashboard on the Neovarsity Log In. This method ensures efficient communication, and we are committed to responding promptly. Alternatively, in case of an emergency, you can directly contact us at [email protected].
Reschedule/Cancellation Policy
At Neovarsity, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an event, instructor-based course, or lecture under specific circumstances. These circumstances may include insufficient enrollment, illness of the instructor or speaker, and extraordinary events beyond our control, such as earthquakes, floods, strikes, riots, political instability, and more.
In the event of rescheduling or cancellation by Neovarsity:
- You will have the option to reschedule your enrollment for a future run of the course at no additional cost.
- If the rescheduled dates do not fit into your schedule, you will receive a 100% refund of the course fees.
- If you prefer, you can also transfer your course slot to someone else. Please inform us at least 3 business days prior to the rescheduled date by raising a support ticket through your personal dashboard on the Neovarsity LogIn.
In the event of rescheduling or cancellation by you:
Please refer to our refund policy for information regarding the cancellation of your enrollment.
Before utilizing the rescheduling option, we would like to inform you that for all live lectures, you will have access to e-recordings until the validity period of the course ends (i.e. 365 days). This ensures that you can review the lecture content even if you are unable to attend a live session.
However, if you still wish to reschedule your registration to a future date due to unforeseen circumstances, please be aware that a rescheduling fee will be charged as outlined below:
Reschedule:
To reschedule your enrollment for a future date, please notify us at least 7 days prior to the scheduled lecture date. Kindly note that rescheduling for a future course run is subject to seat availability and incurs a 10% registration charge. To initiate the rescheduling process, raise a support ticket through your personal dashboard on the Neovarsity LogIn or contact us via email at [email protected].
Rescheduling Validity:
You must attend a course run within six months of your original enrollment date. After this period, your original payment will no longer grant you access to a course run, and no refunds will be provided.
Replacement:
If you are unable to attend the course, you can send a replacement to take your course slot. Please inform us at least 3 business days prior to the (re)scheduled date by raising a support ticket through your personal dashboard on the Neovarsity LogIn or contact us via email at [email protected].
Please note that Neovarsity reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions of the rescheduling and replacement policy described on this page without prior notice.
